Welcome to altra66. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and altra66 ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the altra66 website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming and betting services accessible at https://altra66.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms are written in English and are intended to be construed in English. The Platform is operated for the purpose of providing online casino and sports betting entertainment to users in accordance with applicable international gaming licensing requirements.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account created on the Platform by an eligible individual.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and/or bonus funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a User's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Games" refers to all casino games, live dealer games, slot, lottery products, and arcade games available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, the identity and document verification process applied to User accounts.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of the Platform.
• "Platform" means the altra66 website, mobile web interface, and all associated services accessible at https://altra66.cam.
• "Sportsbook" means the sports betting product offered on the Platform, encompassing pre-match and in-play wagers on events including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other sporting events.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting winings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means a request by a User to transfer Real Money funds from their Account to a designated personal payment method.

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Gambling services on this Platform are strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf and for your own account.
3. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
4. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of altra66, nor an immediate family member of any such person, unless express written consent has been obtained.
5. You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform or any related gaming service operated by altra66.
6. You must be acting in good faith and not for any purpose connected with fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.

altra66 reserves the right to verify your identity and eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each eligible user may register one (1) Account only. The creation of duplicate, linked, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, altra66 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances therein.

4.1 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. altra66 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. altra66 staff will never ask you for your password under any circumstances — communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You agree to notify altra66 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any breach of security. altra66 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised use of your Account prior to your notification to us.

4.3 KYC Verification

altra66 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. Failure to complete KYC verification satisfactorily may result in account restriction or closure.

5.1 Deposits

altra66 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank Online Banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, Hong Leong Connect, and major cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT — TRC-20 and ERC-20), and Ethereum (ETH).

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 (MYR 50) unless otherwise stated in an applicable promotional offer. Deposits are credited to your Account in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

altra66 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which altra66 accepts no responsibility.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed exclusively to payment methods verified in your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 (MYR 100) unless otherwise specified. Withdrawals for fully verified accounts are processed within fifteen (15) minutes during normal operating conditions.

altra66 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal where required by KYC, anti-money-laundering obligations, or internal security policies. You may not withdraw funds that are subject to active wagering requirements.

All withdrawals are subject to anti-money-laundering checks. altra66 operates policy requiring that deposited funds be wagered at least once before a withdrawal is permitted, to satisfy minimum transaction legitimacy standards.

5.3 Currency

The Platform operates in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) as the primary account currency. Where transactions are conducted in other currencies (e.g., cryptocurrency), conversion rates applicable at the time of transaction will apply. altra66 accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.

altra66 offers a range of promotional offers to eligible users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referal bonuses, VIP rewards, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have met all account verification requirements.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per eligible user, household, IP address, device, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any winings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date after which uncompleted wagering requirements and associated bonus funds will be forfeited.
• altra66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable legal requirements.
• Bonus funds may only be used to play games eligible under the specific promotion. Contributions from different game types toward wagering requirements may vary.

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product (casino games, sportsbook, lottery, arcade). The following general rules apply across all gaming products:

• Bets may only be placed using funds available in your Account balance. altra66 does not extend credit or allow negative balances.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the user except where explicitly permitted by the rules of the specific product.
• In the event of technical errors, disconnections, or system malfunctions during a game session, altra66 will make commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the situation fairly. Records maintained by altra66's servers shall be conclusive in the event of a dispute.
• altra66 reserves the right to void any bet that is placed in error, is the result of a technical fault, or has been placed on an event whose outcome was known at the time of betting.
• Sportsbook rules applicable to specific markets (e.g., Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC) are detailed in the sportsbook section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per player. These are displayed in the relevant product section of the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of cooperative play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not authorised by altra66.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to manipulate sporting events or casino outcomes through any means.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing altra66 staff or other users through any communication channel.

altra66 cooperates with law enforcement authorities and may report suspicious account activity where required or permitted by applicable law.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the altra66 name, logo, game software, text, graphics, images, user interface design, and underlying technology — is the exclusive intellectual property of altra66 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from altra66.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to altra66 regarding the Platform may be used by altra66 without obligation to compensate you, and you hereby assign all intellectual property rights in such feedback to altra66.
